       红网沅陵8月7日讯（通讯员 瞿宏红 杨勤煊）8月6日上午，湖南省沅陵县公安局凉水井派出所民警接到群众报警，称有人在319国道松溪桥路段盗窃防护栏。民警立即出警，赶赴现场，当场将正在实施盗窃的犯罪嫌疑人张某抓获。
　　犯罪嫌疑人张某，男，沅陵县凉水井镇人。7月25日，因破坏电力设备罪被判入狱刑满释放不久的张某把主意打到了松溪桥路段公路的防护栏上，伸出了他的“黑手”。在盗窃防护栏轻易得手尝到甜头后的张某，反复来到319国道松溪桥路段实施盗窃。8月6日，欲故技重施的张某，将黑手再次伸向了防护栏。但让他没想到的是，派出所民警早已盯上了他，在他再次伸出黑手实施盗窃时，被民警抓了个正着。
　　经询问，犯罪嫌疑人张某对盗窃国道防护栏的犯罪事实供认不讳。其先后4次在该路段对防护栏实施盗窃，涉案金额达4000余元。
