       随着人类科技的高速发展,对地球能源的需求和消耗也越来越高。但是地球的资源是有限的,毫无节制的滥用能源,最后的结果只能是招来大自然的报复。而煤炭资源更是现代工业的主要能源之一。锅炉则又是煤炭资源的消耗大口。所以为了相应进入“十二五”规划以来,建设资源节约型、环境友好型的和谐社会的目标。
    工业锅炉的主要燃料是煤炭,其次是重油。燃煤锅炉产生的烟尘由两部分组成:一部分是煤炭受热分解,在高温缺氧情况下析出的微小炭黑,粒径一般小于1μm,称为黑烟;另一部分是随烟气带走的飞灰。燃煤锅炉产生的烟尘量与煤的成分、锅炉炉型、燃烧方式和操作制度等有关。燃油锅炉产生的烟尘性质随重油成分、炉型、燃烧器结构和燃烧条件而异,烟尘中主要是未燃烬的炭黑,由20μm左右和0.02μm的微粒组成。工业锅炉产生的黑烟主要靠改进燃烧解决,飞灰等主要靠烟气除尘来解决。
改进燃烧在锅炉中使燃料完全燃烧,可以有效地减少黑烟产生。在燃料燃烧过程中,保证燃料燃烧所需空气量、燃烧温度和燃料与空气的充分混合,是实现燃料完全燃烧的条件。一般工业锅炉的空气过剩系数取10%~40%,对于机械燃煤炉和燃油炉取小些,对于手工烧炉则取大些。为保证炉膛热强度和燃料与空气的充分混合,往往采取机械化操作、控制燃料投量和附加二次风等措施,皆可改进燃烧,减少黑烟污染。
    烟气除尘消除飞灰污染的主要措施。工业蒸汽锅炉烟气除尘常用的除尘装置有:(1)旋风除尘器。特点是结构简单,投资较少,除尘效率一般为90%左右,运行阻力为0.8~1.6kPa。多用于中小型锅炉。(2)湿式除尘器。锅炉烟气除尘中常用的有旋风水膜除尘器,麻石水膜除尘器、斜棒栅除尘器和文丘里除尘器等,特点是投资较少,除尘效率较高,一般为85%~95%,有的可达99%,且兼有除尘和脱硫等功能,但洗涤水需经处理后才能排放或循环使用。多用于中型锅炉。
